Exchange, Return, and Pickup Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- Please provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and clear photographs of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.
- Our Customer Support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request is approved.
3. Return Shipping:
- For returns due to reasons other than product defects or damage during shipping, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please ensure that the returned product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Approval:
- Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

5. Refunds and Exchanges:
